Karahi or Wok in the size you actually cook in
Karahi gosht, chicken karahi or curries, this is the pan that does it. Kitchen King's anodized karahis come in seventeen sizes, from 20cm (8 inch) to 41cm (16 inch). A style for every chef, if you are looking flat bottom karahi King Wok it is, the heavier-bodied line or if you are wanting traditional shape Super Wok it is. Both are heavy-gauge aluminium with an anodized surface, with steep sloping sides that help keep sauces from spilling.
