Fish Pots Set / Brazier Smart Pot Set

The Brazier Smart Pot — known locally in as a fish pot or flat-base degchi — is a wide, shallow aluminium cooking vessel with a completely flat base. The flat base gives maximum surface contact with the heat source and a larger cooking area per diameter than rounded or straight-sided pots, making these particularly effective for large volumes of rice, whole fish dishes, and the kind of flat-spread biryani where you want the dum to circulate across a wide surface.

Kitchen King's Brazier Smart Pot Sets are available in two configurations:

• 10-piece set (7"–12") — 5 pots + 5 lids covering sizes 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 inches — the everyday household range
• 8-piece set (13"–16") — 4 pots + 4 lids covering sizes 13, 14, 15, and 16 inches — for large family cooking, catering, dhabas, and commercial kitchens

All pots are heavy-gauge satin silver steel with flat lids. Ideal for biryani, fish, and rice cooking in large volumes.
